BaxterSpace Information Technology work orders are done on a first-come, first-served basis, and is only available to approved buyers. Approval generally takes less than 24 hours, and in most cases you will be approved within the hour. There may be circumstances under which BaxterSpace Information Technology may not be able to, or may choose not to work for your company (this would be extremely rare),however, BaxterSpace Information Technology reserves the right to refuse any work order if we believe that such work order may be to out of scope, a tech cannot be dispatched to that location for whatever reason, the scope of work is not safe, may cause damage to other systems or property, or for any other reason not listed.

Baxterspace Information Technology has been trained to perform hardware, software and network related work orders, but BaxterSpace Information Technology is not an authorized service dealer. No verbal or written warranty, expressed or implied, is offered on the services rendered by BaxterSpace Information Technology. Work performed by BaxterSpace Information Technology staff may void existing equipment warranties, and in the process of working on computer equipment or etc, there is a potential for data loss. If, in the process of working on computer equipment, material is discovered which indicates a possible violation of our policy or state or federal law, BaxterSpace Information Technology will forward this information to the appropriate department or law enforcement agency. Additionally, BaxterSpace Information Technology is not responsible for computers, parts, peripherals, accessories or etc. unless a pre paid return shipping label is provided within 30 days and prior arrangements for deliverables are made. For in shop work, All items must be picked up in within 30 days of completion.

I, () _________________________________________, understand the above policies and authorize BaxterSpace Information Technology consultants and other associated staff to perform work at desired location for all services listed and any devices and or peripherals pertaining to said work orders. I certify that I am the owner of the locations being presented for technical service OR I am authorized agent by said location, its internal I.T. department, or other entity to subcontract Information Technology related work hitherto in said work order for that location. Further, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Baxterspace Information Technology and its employees from liability for any claims or damages of any kind or description that may arise from any work performed even if caused by negligence of BaxterSpace Information Technology its employees or agents. You also certify that you are 18 years of age or older and legally entitled to subcontract BaxterSpace Information Technology for services.
